Work With Me

If you have made it to this page, something has probably shifted. Not dramatically — it rarely is. More likely a quiet recognition that the way you have been doing this is not sustainable, and that knowing that has not been enough to change it.

This page describes what working together actually looks like.

The Compatibility Call

Before anything else, we talk.

This conversation is for both of us. You'll have space to talk about what's been hardest — at work, at home, and in the quiet moments when no one is asking anything of you. I'll share how I work and what that actually looks like. By the end, we'll both know whether it makes sense to keep going.

The kinds of things women nonprofit Executive Directors usually bring to this call:

Why they cannot stop answering the 8pm email, even when they know better.

How to stop being the bottleneck in their own organization without everything wobbling.

What it would take to stay grounded when everyone in the room is looking to them to set the tone.

The distance that has grown between who they are at work and who they want to be when they get home.

Thirty minutes, over Zoom, no charge. Bring whatever is most present. We'll start there.

The Coaching Engagement

Most of the women I work with arrive having already done significant work on themselves. They have read the books, made the commitments, understood their patterns. What they cannot seem to do is change them.

That gap is not a personal failing. It is a pattern with a structure. And it is exactly where this work begins.

What it looks like

Six sessions over approximately three months, by video or phone. The cadence — every two to three weeks — gives you time between sessions to try things, notice what happens, and bring what you learned back into the room.

Each session begins with a simple question: what do you want to focus on today? From there, we work with the material you bring — your situation, your relationships, your organization. The clarity and next steps that emerge are in your language, which means they are actually doable.

Who this is for

Women nonprofit Executive Directors who have already tried the frameworks and are ready for something that goes deeper. This work requires a genuine willingness to try things between sessions and learn from what happens. Not perfectly. But genuinely.

If you are looking for a quick fix or a new set of tips, this is probably not the right fit.

What becomes possible

A clearer sense of what is yours to carry and what isn't. The ability to sit in a hard board meeting and feel grounded rather than braced. To decline something without a week of second-guessing. To go home at the end of the day and actually leave work there.

The role does not change. What changes is the self inside it.

Investment

Engagements start at $1,500. Structure is tailored to what you are working through — not a package you fit yourself into. We'll discuss the specifics on the compatibility call.

What clients say

"Christy was able to help me uncover patterns in my behavior that were key to unlocking the potential to change them. To me, Christy is a 'human whisperer.' She gets the things that are unsaid and presents those ideas for consideration and reflection."

"I really appreciate Christy's patience and giving space for me to find the answers myself. I feel more empowered and the learnings stick more than they would if I were told what the answer is."

"She always guided me to find and be confident in my own solutions, which has proven to be invaluable time and again."
