Mindful Gatherings

Join me for my free, weekly offering - Mindful Gatherings. We will meet on Monday nights at 7-7:45pm ET via Zoom for a community of mindfulness and reflection. This community is made up of regular attendees and those new to our group. The format for these gatherings is similar each time. We usually start with a meditative practice to help us arrive with more presence. After that, we each say our names and perhaps a word or two about how we’re feeling (not required to say more than your name if you don’t feel up for it). After that we have some deeper discussion, followed by a longer self-compassion meditation. The goal of this gathering is to create a safe place where like-minded people can find support, guidance and community. Email me to register your interest.
